Carting Classes 2017

Carting classes will start Monday, May 29th, 2017 at 7:30 PM

 

The date for harness fitting and registration will be Tuesday evening, April 18, 2017.

.

Classes are held on Mondays starting at 7:30 PM

in Schomberg, Ontario (Highway 27 and Highway 9)

 

Cost: $200 for 8 weeks of training plus a time for fitting a harness.

(If you already have a harness, the cost is $185.)

The harness is at an additional cost and is priced based on size (average between $60 and $75).

 

                                                   Equipment Required For The First Class:

 

                                                   1. A Harness for the dog                               

                                                      Custom fit harness made by Ravens Watch can be ordered

                                                      on fitting night. (date to be announced)           

 

                    2. Tow line (a piece of rope about 3 feet long with a clip at one

                                               end and a loop at the other end similar to a leash)

                                     

                          3. Empty plastic bottle / jug around 4 litres in size                             

 

Note: The plastic bottle / jug should be one used for food such as

         vinegar, maple syrup, water, etc. It must NOT be a plastic

                                                             bottle / jug that held anything that would be harmful to the

dog such as antifreeze, cleaners, motor oil, etc.
